Audio or video recording devices are prohibited unless by special permission of the Paramount Theatre Centre and the artist. Flash photography is subject to change with each production. Please verify with Paramount Theatre staff before each show.

Children & Students
Special prices for children and students are available for selected performances. We encourage you to enjoy these events; however, regardless of age, all children must have a ticket and sit in their own seat. Not all events may be suitable for children.

Doors:
The doors generally open one hour before the start of an event. Timing may adjust depending on event requirements.

Ticket Refunds or Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. You may donate tickets that you cannot use to the Paramount Theatre Centre for a tax deduction. Please call the Box Office to receive a letter of credit for tax purposes. Ticket returns must be made 48 hours in advance of the performance.

Ticket Reprints :
Lost or misplaced your ticket? No problem. The box office will be happy to reprint your ticket prior to the performance.

Theatre Accessibility & Special Seating :
The Paramount Theatre Centre is fully accessible. Special seating for patrons in wheelchairs is available for all performances. In order to accommodate you with the highest degree of service, please request seating when making your ticket purchase.

Hearing Enhancement:
The Paramount Theatre Centre offers hearing devices to patrons with hearing impairment. The devices are available on a first come, first served basis in the box office.
